Member Lookup Instructions

Member Lookup is a tool designed to assist our members, clubs and event organizers in verifying the membership status of our individual members.

From this link on our website you may look up a person's USSA Membership number, check membership status and also print a verification letter to use as proof of membership in place of a membership card.

To use this tool, simply put in the person's name or membership number if it is known. If using the membership number, use only the numeric portion. Leave off the Division letter listed before the number.

After entering the name or number, information including USSA membership ID number, year of birth, status of membership (current as of date processed) will be displayed. If a verification letter is needed, simply click on the highlighted membership ID number on the left hand side of the screen. This will bring up the verification letter. You may print copies of this to use until your membership card arrives in the mail, which may take up to two weeks after processing your membership.
